We offer three distinct photo booth experiences:

Beauty Mirror Booth: An elegant, interactive full-length mirror with customizable templates and instant 2x6 or 4x6 prints.

Modern Booth: A sleek, high-quality booth featuring a DSLR camera and iPad interface for seamless digital sharing and instant 2x6 or 4x6 prints.

Digital Booth: A convenient, attendant-free booth that you can keep for up to 8 hours (basically your entire event), perfect for small events (i.e., kid's birthday, family gatherings, etc). This booth does not come with any physical prints, booth attendants, or props (these can be additional add-ons).

Absolutely! We can work with you to create a custom template that matches your event's theme or branding (this could take up to 1-2 weeks after your request). We also offer a selection of backdrops for you to choose from.

We will need 1-1.5 hours prior to the event in order for us to get everything set up and working smoothly by the time your event starts.

Example:

You'd like photos to to start by 8PM and run until 10PM. We would arrive by 6:45pm/7pm to start unloading our equipment and setting up. Photos will then start by 8PM. We will begin to tear down and pack by 10PM and should take about 30-45mins.

1. Let us know and we will draft up a contract for you guys to review and sign digitally.

2. After the contract has been signed, a non-refundable deposit retainer of $150 can be paid via e-transfer to payment@keepsakers.ca OR by credit card using the prompt page to insert your card details after the contract and invoice page. The retainer secures your date and time, so no one else can book it. And allows us to start prepping for your photobooth (i.e., template and start page designs).

3. The remaining balance will need to be paid a week before the event, so there's no need to bother/chase any of you on the day of, and let everyone enjoy the event!

Deposits are refundable as long as customers have reached out in writing to one of our representatives at info@keepsakers.ca or via text at 647-862-2917 forty-eight (48) hours prior to their event date. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

It depends on which package you are proceeding with. The Modern Booth and the Beauty Mirror Booth include unlimited coloured 2x6" physical prints. And the Digital Drop-Off Booth does not include physical prints. However, you can add on 100 4x6" prints or 200 2x6" prints for an additional $75.
